Case study
Datatonic’s annual intake of graduates previously received training within their new team. As a fast-growing company, the business needed a more structured, scalable approach to training to enable a higher volume of new hires to be onboarded simultaneously. Datatonic Academy developed a bespoke 6-week bootcamp to fast-track training across a broad range of Google Cloud topics and tools, in addition to role-specific skills.
The curriculum provided a blend of theoretical and hands-on learning to give the students every opportunity to learn by doing and put their new skills into practice. A collaborative applied learning project completed in parallel with their training sessions provided a taster of their new roles and instilled valuable agile working methodologies.
